Aanand at 13 months!
After a week of suffering from cold and fever, Skandhu is all well now. We missed his kodi (naughty activities) for 2-3 days when he was down with fever. Now he is back to form
Last week climate here was very good. Was in upper 60s! We made good use of it. Skandhu enjoyed chasing dry leaves and as usual felt happy to crush them
Our neighbour has a dog and Skandhu loves it! Every time we see the dog, it would start barking and come near us. OMG I get scared, but Skandhu loves to play with the dog! When ever I ask him, what says “woof-woof”, Skandhu looks at the dog
We have lots of dogs in our community and while we go out for walk, Skandhu would be looking at every other dog, turn his head and watch the dogs till they leave his vicinity! Mmmm… a dog lover is here
The other day, we were playing out and our neighbour brought her dog for a walk. We played with the dog for sometime and then they left. Skandhu wanted to play with the dog and didnt want to come home. He stood near our neighbour’s drive way and was waiting for his doggy friend for a long time
We went to Hindu Temple of Greater Chicago, Lemont on Saturday. We let Skandhu run around and have fun. Skandhu had a blast! He was the cynosure of all eyes
I keep worrying about cleanliness and here our busy toddler keeps playing with toilet bowl, trash can, door mats and wat not! His favorite pass time is to bring the door mat and kitchen mats to the living room. Put them down and sit/play/sleep on it
Skandhu blabbers a lot. He has learnt “he & she” from his playdate friends. He keeps on saying he…. sheee…. Its so funny to hear We play tickle games and Skandhu knows what tickling is. He says thithithi for tickle. Now a days he adds thithithi before every word he says, like – bapa is thithihibapa! He also says “Athhyaa” very well!
